“It can come from the tiniest detail: a single word becomes the story, a drawing, a bracelet, a watch, a painting or a piece of fabric becomes a room; any and all can be the key to a home.”
Designer LM Pagano’s modernist – chateau vintage palette reflects the things she holds dear. Rare objects paired with humble, patina next to polish, a celebration of history, raw materials, global cultures and in particular, the unexpected.
LM’s intuitive and non-derivative approach to an interior plus an uncanny ability to listen and interpret the desires and unrealized dreams of those who inhabit them has made her a sought-after designer with an international footprint.
Her multi-layered designs are uncommonly beautiful. Whether elegantly fun, serenely spare or show-stoppingly glamorous, they are always inviting and singular.
LM’s love of design and the joy of the process is the well she drinks from. She is honored to work with an extended family of brilliantly gifted chums from varied fields who share this same sensibility.
LM is presently working on the Via Latrobe mixed-use commercial development which includes 260 residential lofts inhabiting two blocks in the Bywater riverfront area of New Orleans as well as projects in Los Angeles, NYC and Montana.
Her work has been featured in Art & Design, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Robb Report Collection, Megayachts, Boat International USA, UK, & European Issues, Elle Décor, House and Garden, 1stDibs Style Compass, Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Louisiana Homes & Gardens among others.
